experiment with drawing without having too high expectations. Out comes are
often a little messy but can be improved with practice.
Using your non-dominant hand can also benefit your brain strengthen and creating neural
connections.

Pick an object to draw from

Set yourself with paper and a pen or pencil
Task One
Create a 1-minute
non-dominant hand drawing of your object.
Task Two
Create a 5-minute non-dominant hand drawing of your
object.
