to the sea - A journey - Part Two
We left off last time waiting for some air-dry clay to dry. Once dry I considered where to go with it next. The letters both 3D and 2D did not feel like finished outcomes, but more like tools, I might use to create something. The context of the words drew me towards the use of cyanotypes.
The first attempt did not go so well! The paper was over-exposed to the sun and the lettering started to fade.
